It's October 2026 and buying a Plan B pill in the Philippines is still harder than it should be. Nothing has changed since our July guide: you still can't just walk into a pharmacy and ask for one. We have opinions about why, but that rant is for another day.
Quick refresher: a Plan B pill (emergency contraception, or the "morning-after pill") helps prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex, a broken or slipped condom, missed birth control pills, or not pulling out in time. Can I buy Plan B at Mercury, Watsons or Southstar?
No. Mercury Drug, Watsons, Southstar, Rose Pharmacy and the other big chains don't carry emergency contraceptive pills. Asking at the counter usually gets you a blank stare or a lecture, neither of which you need right now.
Your realistic options are:
